Job Description:

The Senior Recruiter will manage the full 360-degree recruitment lifecycle from business development and candidate sourcing to offer negotiation and final placement. Working within the Human Resources and executive search sectors, the ideal candidate will build strong client relationships while consistently meeting recruitment targets.

• Manage the complete 360-degree recruitment process from business development to candidate placement.
• Source, screen, interview, and place high-quality candidates across multiple roles.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
• Negotiate offers and provide professional recruitment guidance throughout the hiring process.
• Achieve recruitment targets while delivering an excellent client and candidate experience.

🔹 Requirements:

• Proven experience in agency recruitment managing the full 360 recruitment cycle.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• UAE recruitment experience is preferred; British candidates are preferred.
• Strong expertise in talent acquisition, candidate sourcing, and client relationship management.
• In-depth knowledge of recruitment lifecycle strategies and offer negotiations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and target-driven relationship management skills.
