Job Description:

The QA/QC Engineer will manage quality control procedures, execute thorough site inspections, ensure compliance with project specifications, and maintain quality records across high-end fit-out developments.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and monitor quality assurance and quality control procedures for fit-out projects.
• Conduct inspections and ensure compliance with project specifications and standards.
• Maintain quality records, inspection reports, and project documentation.
• Coordinate with project teams to resolve quality-related issues.
• Ensure construction activities meet required safety and quality requirements.
• Support continuous improvement of project quality processes.

🔹 Requirements:

• Minimum 7 years of QA/QC experience in construction or interior fit-out projects.
• Strong knowledge of inspections, quality control procedures, and project documentation.
• Experience in commercial, hospitality, retail, or high-end fit-out projects.
• Dubai/UAE project experience is highly preferred.
• Candidates currently based in the UAE are encouraged to apply.
