Job Description:

The Draftsman will be responsible for preparing shop drawings, as-built drawings, and supporting project teams with accurate technical documentation to facilitate seamless site operations.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed civil and architectural drawings using AutoCAD.
• Develop shop drawings and as-built drawings according to project requirements.
• Review construction drawings and ensure accuracy of technical details.
• Coordinate with engineers and project teams for drawing updates and revisions.
• Maintain proper documentation of drawings and project records.
• Support construction activities through accurate drafting solutions.

🔹 Requirements:

• Minimum 3–4 years of UAE/Dubai experience as a Draftsman in the construction sector.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and drafting technical standards.
• Strong background in civil and architectural drawings, shop drawings, and as-built drawings.
• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Drafting, or a related field.
• Immediate availability for joining is highly preferred.
