Job Description:

The Medical Sales Executive will promote healthcare and skincare products, establish strong relationships with healthcare professionals, clinics, and pharmacies, and execute territory sales plans to expand market presence across Dubai.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute territory business plans aligned with brand objectives and sales targets.
• Prepare structured call plans to ensure effective coverage of healthcare professionals.
• Record and maintain accurate field activities and reports using the CRM system.
• Promote and sell MS Pharma products to pharmacies, clinics, healthcare facilities, and beauty clinics.
• Conduct product presentations, detailing visits, and sampling activities for doctors and pharmacists.
• Build long-term relationships with prescribers, pharmacists, and key opinion leaders.
• Coordinate with internal sales teams to improve workflow and business performance.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets assigned by the company.
• Follow up on customer payments and collections.
• Represent the company at exhibitions, conferences, meetings, and other industry events.

🔹 Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of medical sales experience in the UAE, with specific Dubai market exposure.
• Valid UAE driving license and personal car required.
• Fluency in both English and Arabic is mandatory.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills with immediate availability to join.
