Job Description:

The Business Development Executive will focus on generating new business opportunities, building client partnerships, and expanding the company’s presence across the commercial construction sector, particularly in hospitality, retail, hotels, and shop fit-out projects.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Generate new outbound business opportunities and identify qualified commercial leads.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and industry partners.
• Promote the company’s commercial construction and fit-out services.
• Identify new projects within the hospitality, retail, hotel, and commercial sectors.
• Conduct networking activities to expand business opportunities.
• Work closely with internal teams to support business growth and achieve sales targets.

🔹 Requirements:

• Previous UAE construction business development experience.
• Experience in commercial construction and fit-out projects.
• Exposure to hotel, hospitality, retail, and shop fit-out projects.
• Strong prospecting, networking, and lead generation skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Target-driven with a strong commercial mindset.

What We Offer:

• Salary package of AED 7,000 to 8,000 based on seniority and experience, plus 3–5% commission.
