Trencor Contracting LLC is seeking an experienced Fit-Out Foreman to join its growing site team in Dubai, offering hands-on involvement in interior fit-out projects across the UAE.

Job Description:

The Fit-Out Foreman will supervise daily site operations, coordinate with subcontractors, and ensure interior construction work is completed according to project schedules and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage day-to-day fit-out site activities.
• Coordinate with site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor materials, workmanship, project quality, and timelines.
• Read and interpret 2D AutoCAD drawings accurately.
• Ensure work is completed safely and in accordance with project requirements.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of UAE experience in interior fit-out projects.
• Diploma or higher qualification.
• Experience in carpentry, joinery, and finishing works.
• Strong team coordination and subcontractor management skills.
• Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
