DEOW International is seeking an experienced QA/QC Manager to join a manufacturing and factory-based operation in the UAE, offering career advancement within the management and quality assurance sector.

Job Description:

The QA/QC Manager will oversee ISO 9001 Quality Management System implementation, manage inspections and audits, drive continuous quality improvement initiatives, and ensure compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and maintain the ISO 9001 Quality Management System (QMS).
• Manage QA/QC inspections, testing, and quality assurance activities.
• Handle NCR, RCA, and CAPA processes.
• Plan and lead internal, external, and third-party quality audits.
• Drive continuous quality improvement initiatives across operations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering.
• Minimum 8 years of QA/QC experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in a managerial position.
• ISO 9001 Lead Auditor certification is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of ASTM, BS, and EN standards.
