Job Description:

The Coffee & Beverage Lead will shape an exceptional coffee program, develop innovative beverages, and oversee daily operations while delivering an outstanding guest experience and building specialty coffee culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop the specialty coffee and beverage program.
• Oversee daily operations of the brewing bar.
• Develop innovative coffee beverages and recipes.
• Manage bean sourcing, roasting, and brew quality standards.
• Ensure exceptional coffee presentation and guest experience.

Requirements:

• Strong expertise in specialty coffee, beans, brewing, and extraction.
• Experience with coffee roasting and roast profiling.
• Excellent sensory evaluation and tasting skills.
• Experience in beverage and recipe development.
• UAE-based experience within the specialty coffee or hospitality industry.
