Job Description:

The Internal Audit Manager will lead and manage internal audit engagements across the organization, evaluate internal controls, conduct audits within the manufacturing sector, and support organizational governance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage internal audit engagements across the organization.
• Evaluate internal controls, governance processes, and risk management practices.
• Conduct audits within the manufacturing sector and recommend process improvements.
• Prepare audit reports and present findings to management.
• Monitor the implementation of audit recommendations.

Requirements:

• Currently working as an Internal Audit Manager.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a managerial role.
• Big 4 experience is preferred.
• Proven experience leading or delivering internal audit engagements within the manufacturing sector.
• Professional certification such as CIA, CPA, ACCA, or CMA is highly preferred.
