Job Description:

The Restaurant Manager will oversee daily restaurant operations, maintain luxury service standards, lead high-performing teams, and work closely with kitchen and bar management ahead of the launch.

Key Responsibilities:

• Take ownership of day-to-day restaurant operations.
• Lead, motivate, and develop the front-of-house team.
• Maintain consistently high service and hospitality standards.
• Manage daily floor operations, service flow, and guest experience.
• Build strong relationships with VIPs, regular guests, and key clientele.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager within high-end hospitality.
• Strong background in luxury or premium standalone restaurants.
• Previous Dubai/UAE experience.
• Pre-opening or new restaurant opening experience is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of luxury service and guest relations.
