Sevents Building Contracting LLC is currently looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR & Admin Assistant to join its team in Dubai, offering exciting opportunities in a fast-paced construction environment.

Job Description:

The HR & Admin Assistant will assist with employee documentation, recruitment, onboarding, payroll support, and UAE government-related processes while ensuring all HR records are maintained accurately.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with daily HR and administrative activities.
  • Maintain employee records, personnel files, and HR documentation.
  • Support employee onboarding and joining formalities.
  • Process visa, Emirates ID, labour card, work permit, and other employee-related documentation.
  • Coordinate with MOHRE, GDRFA/ICP, DHA, RTA, and other UAE government portals as required.
  • Maintain leave records, attendance, overtime, and employee data.
  • Prepare HR letters, certificates, forms, and official documents.
  • Assist with payroll-related data and monthly salary processing.
  • Support recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination.
  • Coordinate with employees regarding HR and administrative matters.
  • Handle general office administration, filing, and document management.
  • Perform additional HR and administrative duties assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of HR/Admin experience, preferably in the UAE.
  • Hindi speaking is mandatory.
  • Good knowledge of UAE HR policies and employment procedures.
  • Experience with MOHRE, GDRFA/ICP, UAE Pass, and other UAE government portals is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle confidential employee information professionally.
  • UAE construction or contracting industry experience is an advantage.
