Job Description:

The Payroll Accountant will manage monthly payroll processes, maintain meticulous records, coordinate with the HR department, and ensure full compliance with UAE payroll regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process monthly payroll accurately and within scheduled timelines.
• Manage UAE WPS payroll processing and ensure compliance with payroll regulations.
• Verify salaries, allowances, overtime, deductions, and leave adjustments.
• Prepare final settlements and end-of-service benefit calculations.
• Reconcile payroll records with accounting books and bank statements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of payroll experience within the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of UAE WPS and payroll procedures.
• Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting/payroll software.
• Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
