Job Description:
The Cashier / Sales professional will welcome customers, handle POS billing and cash transactions, upsell promotional offers, and support daily café and inventory operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome customers professionally and provide outstanding customer service.
- Upsell menu items, combo offers, and ongoing promotions.
- Assist with basic food and beverage preparation.
- Handle customer inquiries and recommend suitable products.
- Operate the POS system for billing and order processing.
Requirements:
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in cashiering, sales, or customer service.
- Own visa is required.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player with good organizational skills.
