Job Description:

The Wholesale Coordinator will oversee wholesale order processing, manage inventory and logistics coordination, and support regional sales operations in close collaboration with internal brand and management teams.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate wholesale orders and ensure timely processing across multiple brands.
• Support sales operations by managing shipping documentation, invoicing, and customer requirements.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with supply chain and logistics teams for smooth order fulfillment.
• Maintain accurate records using ERP systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Collaborate with internal departments to maintain operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Provide daily operational and administrative support to regional sales teams.

🔹 Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in Sales or Wholesale Coordination, preferably within FMCG.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Microsoft Excel.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems; Microsoft D365 is highly preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and inventory management skills.
• Experience in fragrance, cosmetics, or beauty industry, along with French/Arabic language skills, is a plus.
