The PRO Assistant will support the General Manager with official government transactions, manage JAFZA free zone documentation, coordinate regulatory compliance approvals, and support external operational activities in Dubai. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Manage JAFZA company licensing, lease renewals, and corporate regulatory compliance requirements.
• Coordinate EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) and Tarakhees-related approvals with authority officials.
• Handle corporate banking procedures, government portal transactions, and official documentation submissions.
• Perform outdoor PRO duties and maintain effective liaison with government authorities and free zone entities.
• Assist the General Manager with administrative follow-ups, official correspondence, and permits processing.
• Follow up proactively on submitted applications to ensure timely processing without operational delays.

🔹 Requirements:

• Hands-on UAE experience in PRO services, JAFZA portals, and official government procedures.
• Comprehensive working knowledge of JAFZA regulations, free zone processes, and licensing rules.
• A valid UAE Motorcycle Licence is strictly mandatory for outdoor PRO dispatch duties.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal coordination capabilities.
• Ability to work independently, manage external field assignments, and join immediately.
