Job Description:

The Junior Accountant will support daily finance operations, maintain ledger entries, manage billing cycles, verify transactional documentation, and report financial data in Dubai.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in maintaining accurate financial ledgers and updating book balance transactions.
• Support accounts payable and accounts receivable routines, including vendor invoice verification and collection follow-ups.
• Prepare customer invoices, payment vouchers, credit notes, and official receipts accurately.
• Maintain organized physical and digital archives for all audit and tax documentation.
• Coordinate across departments to gather operational receipts, billing vouchers, and inventory data.
• Assist senior finance staff with bank reconciliations, closing activities, and routine accounting reports.

🔹 Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a closely related academic discipline.
• 0 to 1 year of accounting experience; motivated fresh graduates with strong academic records are welcome.
• Solid understanding of fundamental accounting principles, financial statements, and book entry.
• Working familiarity with UAE VAT regulations and reporting is an advantage.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and experience using accounting software, preferably Tally.
