Job Description:

The HR Assistant – Talent Acquisition will source candidates for mass hiring, coordinate high-volume interview schedules, process worker onboarding, and manage recruitment channels under recruitment management in Dubai. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, and interview candidates for various blue-collar, grey-collar, and commercial staffing roles.
• Manage candidate pipelines, conduct preliminary phone screens, and schedule panel interview sessions.
• Coordinate large-scale recruitment drives, bulk hiring campaigns, and trade test assessments.
• Facilitate new hire onboarding, collection of visa documents, medical tests, and background checks.
• Liaise with external manpower supply channels, referral networks, and job portals.
• Maintain up-to-date candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and hiring logs in ATS software.

🔹 Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven hands-on recruitment experience, specifically within blue-collar or high-volume worker staffing.
• Prior experience working within a manpower outsourcing, facility management, or staffing agency is an advantage.
• Fluency in Hindi is preferred to communicate effectively with candidate pools.
• Strong organizational capabilities, interpersonal skills, and ability to handle high recruitment volumes.
