The National Bank of Pakistan (NBP) is seeking highly motivated, confident, and career-oriented Female candidates for the position of HR Officer – OG III on a 3-year contractual basis (renewable upon management discretion).

Eligibility Criteria

- Education/Qualification: Minimum Graduation or equivalent from an HEC-recognized institution. Candidates holding a Master’s degree and/or HR certifications will be preferred.
- Age Limit: Maximum 35 years (as of the last date of submission of the application).
- Experience: Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Candidates with 1 year of relevant experience would be preferred.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
Key responsibilities include assisting and supporting various HR functions:
- Talent acquisition & management, learning & development, performance management & rewards, and compensation & benefits.
- HR relationship management, organizational effectiveness, HR governance, and HR legal compliance.
- Supporting and coordinating with business functions to strengthen HR relationships.
- Assisting in the implementation of HR initiatives/projects and monitoring internal HR systems and databases.
- Preparing various HR related reports and responding to HR related queries.
