The Government of Punjab, through the School Education Department (SED), has launched Phase 2 of the School Teacher Internship (STI) Program to fill over 12,500+ teaching vacancies. 📋 Job Details & Stipend

• Position: School Teacher Internees (STIs)
• Total Vacancies: 12,500+ (Phase 2)
• Duration: 6 Months (until May 31, 2026)
• Application Fee: Rs. 1,000/- (Non-refundable, payable online).
• Stipend:
  • Primary Level: Rs. 38,000 per month
  • Elementary, Secondary, & Higher Secondary Levels: Rs. 45,000 per month

🎓 Educational Requirements

• Primary Level: Minimum FA/FSc (or Matric with 2nd Division).
• Elementary Level: Minimum BA/BSc (or Intermediate with 2nd Division).
• Secondary & Higher Secondary Levels: Minimum MA/MSc (or Bachelor’s Degree (BA/BSc/BS) with at least 2nd Division).

📍 Age and Residential Requirements

• Age Limit: Male: 20 to 50 years | Female: 20 to 55 years.
• Residential Requirement: Only candidates residing in the same village, neighborhood, or Union Council where the school exists are eligible to apply, based on their CNIC/Domicile. Residential verification will be done by the School Council Recruitment Committee.

1. Online Application Only: Visit the official STI portal at https://sti.pesrp.edu.pk.
2. Profile Creation: Create your profile on the portal, ensuring all details are accurate and complete to avoid re-payment of the fee.
3. Fee Payment: Pay the non-refundable Rs. 1,000/- fee via online banking, EasyPaisa, JazzCash, or by downloading the challan form.
4. School List Check: Check the STI portal for the list of available schools and vacant seats in your Union Council/Tehsil.
5. Submission: Submit the application online. (Forms may also be collected from District/Tehsil Offices and submitted to the nearest school for verification).

⚠️ Mandatory Terms and Conditions

• Residence Check: Resident from the respective Tehsil as per CNIC/Domicile will be allowed for Test & Interview.
• Documents: Candidates must bring original documents (Personal, Educational & Professional) for the test.
• HEC/Board Attestation: Attested degrees/certificates from HEC/respective educational boards must be provided at the time of the test.
• Age Relaxation: 5 years of age relaxation is already included in the maximum age limit. No further relaxation request will be entertained.
• NOC: Employees serving in Government/Semi-Government departments must provide a No Objection Certificate (NOC) at the time of the test.
• Disqualification: Candidate shall be disqualified if false information is provided at any stage.
• Transfer & Permanency: Appointment is against a specific location; no request for transfer shall be entertained. The contract shall not confer any entitlement of permanent appointment nor be regularized.
• TA/DA: No TA/DA will be admissible for Test & Interview.
• Prohibited Items: Electronic gadgets such as mobile phones, smartwatches, etc., will not be allowed during the test/interview.
• Right to Adjust: The organization reserves the right to cancel advertised posts or accept/reject any application at any stage.
