About the Role:
Silver Line, a food manufacturing company in Dubai, is seeking an experienced QA Manager to lead the Quality Assurance function. This role is crucial for driving food safety systems, leading audits, and ensuring consistent product quality across production, adhering to international standards like FSSC 22000 and HACCP.
Key Responsibilities:
The QA Manager will lead and manage the QA department, ensure compliance with FSSC 22000, ISO/HACCP, GMP, and Halal requirements, develop/improve the Food Safety Management System (FSMS), conduct internal audits, coordinate regulatory inspections, drive corrective actions (CAPA), and collaborate cross-functionally to integrate quality controls.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the Quality Assurance department through all stages of production.
- Ensure company compliance with FSSC 22000, ISO/HACCP, GMP, and Halal requirements.
- Develop, implement, and continuously improve the Food Safety Management System (FSMS).
- Plan and conduct internal audits, and coordinate customer and regulatory inspections.
- Drive corrective actions, root cause analysis, and CAPA to resolve quality issues.
- Supervise QA/QC personnel and build a culture of quality across teams.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience in QA/food safety management within FMCG or food manufacturing.
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Microbiology, Chemistry, or a related discipline.
- Strong working knowledge of FSSC 22000, ISO 22000, HACCP, GMP, and Halal standards.
- Proven leadership skills, excellent communication, and experience managing audits.
