About the Role:
Armada Holding is looking for a detail-oriented HR Assistant to join the team in Dubai. This role is ideal for someone who can provide comprehensive support across recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and general HR administrative tasks. Familiarity with the DMCC portal will be considered an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
The HR Assistant will assist with recruitment processes (job ads, screening, interviews), support onboarding activities for new employees, maintain accurate HR records and documentation ensuring compliance, facilitate employee relations, and handle day-to-day HR administration tasks.

- Assist with recruitment processes, including posting job ads, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews.
- Support onboarding activities to ensure new employees are smoothly integrated.
- Maintain accurate HR records and documentation, ensuring compliance with local labor laws.
- Facilitate employee relations and support day-to-day HR administration tasks.
Requirements:
- Strong organizational and communication skills to manage multiple HR tasks efficiently.
- Ability to handle documentation and maintain compliance with company and regulatory standards.
- Previous experience working in the UAE HR environment is preferred.
- Familiarity with the DMCC portal is an added advantage.
