  • Pipeline Management: Oversee the full sales funnel using CRM systems (Airtable/Asana) to track leads, proposals, and pitch decks.
  • Omnichannel Outreach: Utilize creative methods to find new opportunities—including digital ads, direct messaging, and high-impact walk-ins.
  • Client Onboarding: Lead the transition from “lead” to “client,” ensuring smooth onboarding and handling initial payment cycles.
  • Deal Closure: Craft compelling narratives and business cases to close high-value digital marketing partnerships.

🔹 Requirements:

  • Communication: Exceptional copywriting and verbal communication skills with a focus on storytelling.
  • Digital Savvy: A deep understanding of social media platforms, algorithm trends, and digital marketing fundamentals.
  • CRM Proficiency: Hands-on experience with tools like Airtable, Asana, or HubSpot to manage client workflows.
  • Mindset: A relationship-driven professional who prioritizes brand value over traditional high-pressure sales.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Communications is preferred.
