🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a strong B2B sales pipeline by identifying and qualifying high-potential leads within the UAE market.
  • Funnel Management: Manage the end-to-end sales funnel, from initial prospecting and cold outreach to nurturing leads and setting up demos.
  • Decision-Maker Engagement: Successfully navigate corporate hierarchies to engage C-level executives and key decision-makers in the finance and tech sectors.
  • Market Expansion: Support the company’s growth strategy by identifying new sectors and opportunities for Fintech and Payment solutions.
  • Closing & Conversion: Transition qualified leads into successful business outcomes through persuasive communication and value-based selling.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, conversion rates, and forecasts within the CRM system.

🔹 Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 2+ years of experience in Fintech, Payments, or SaaS sales environments is mandatory.
  • Market Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the UAE business landscape and regulatory environment for financial services.
  • Lead Gen Expertise: Proven track record in B2B lead generation with a high conversion rate of qualified opportunities.
  • Communication: Exceptional presentation, negotiation, and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Attributes: Proactive, target-oriented, and capable of working independently to achieve business objectives.
  • Technical Literacy: Familiarity with CRM tools (like Salesforce or HubSpot) and modern lead generation software.
