🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Elite Guest Experience: Provide a warm, professional, and sophisticated welcome to high-profile clients and visitors.
• Concierge Services: Manage bespoke requests, ranging from property viewing arrangements to local high-end lifestyle recommendations.
• Brand Representation: Maintain a polished and elegant professional appearance, serving as a primary ambassador for the luxury real estate brand.
• Interaction Management: Handle all guest inquiries with the utmost discretion, professionalism, and service-oriented mindset.
• Coordination: Liaise with internal sales and management teams to ensure a seamless transition from guest arrival to service delivery.
• Multilingual Support: Utilize language skills to assist international clients, ensuring they feel comfortable and understood.

🔹 Requirements:

• Profile: This opportunity is open to female candidates currently based in the UAE.
• Experience: Proven background in customer service, guest relations, or concierge roles within luxury hospitality or real estate.
• Linguistic Skills: Mandatory fluency in English; additional proficiency in Russian, Ukrainian, Romanian, Spanish, Italian, or French is highly preferred.
• Attributes: Strong interpersonal skills, a polished professional appearance, and the ability to manage high-profile interactions.
• Soft Skills: Excellent verbal communication and the ability to remain calm and professional under the demands of a luxury environment.
• Availability: Ready to commit to a 6-day working week in Abu Dhabi.
