Sales & Marketing Executive – Abu Dhabi, UAE | THC Global

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Business Development: Proactively identify and secure new business opportunities within the Abu Dhabi outdoor advertising and signage market.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term, high-value relationships with key decision-makers and corporate clients.
• Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through aggressive prospecting and closing.
• Project Coordination: Liaise between clients and internal design/production teams to ensure seamless execution of signage and advertising projects.
• Market Intelligence: Monitor local industry trends and competitor activities to maintain THC Global’s market-leading position.
• Client Presentations: Conduct professional sales presentations and site visits to demonstrate technical signage capabilities.

🔹 Requirements:

• Experience: 2–4 years of hands-on UAE experience in outdoor advertising or signage sales (Mandatory).
• Mobility: A valid UAE driving license is a mandatory requirement for this field-based role.
• Communication: Fluent in English with strong presentation and negotiation abilities; additional languages are an asset.
• Mindset: A target-focused, self-motivated individual with a proven history of closing complex signage deals.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree, diploma, or equivalent professional experience in Sales or Marketing.
• Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with various outdoor media formats and signage production materials/processes.
