🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Lesson Delivery: Deliver high-quality English language instruction tailored to the curriculum and student needs.
  • Classroom Management: Maintain a positive, organized, and engaging learning environment within the Boys’ Section.
  • Curriculum Planning: Develop effective lesson plans that support reading, writing, listening, and speaking skills.
  • Student Assessment: Monitor student progress, provide constructive feedback, and prepare reports on academic performance.
  • Professional Collaboration: Work closely with the department head and fellow educators to align teaching strategies and school goals.
  • Engagement: Use creative methods and educational technology to enhance student participation and language retention.

🔹 Requirements:

  • Academic Background: Bachelor’s Degree in English Language or a recognized equivalent (Mandatory).
  • Professional Experience: Prior teaching experience in a school environment is an advantage.
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Classroom Skills: Strong ability to manage classroom dynamics and engage male students effectively.
  • Availability: Must be ready to start immediately upon successful selection.
