Job Description / Role
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-End Lifecycle: Manage the full recruitment cycle, from initial requisition and intake meetings to offer negotiation and pre-onboarding.
- Strategic Sourcing: Proactively identify and engage high-quality IT talent through LinkedIn Recruiter, specialized job boards, tech communities, and referrals.
- Stakeholder Partnership: Collaborate with Hiring Managers to define technical competencies, project-specific requirements, and realistic hiring timelines.
- Technical Screening: Assess candidates for technical proficiency and cultural alignment, ensuring only high-potential talent enters the interview funnel.
- Candidate Experience: Orchestrate a seamless and professional interview journey, acting as the primary point of contact for all candidate communications.
- Reporting & Data: Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and provide regular hiring metrics and pipeline updates to leadership.
🔹 Requirements:
- Sector Expertise: 5–6 years of proven experience specifically in IT recruitment, with a deep understanding of technical roles (Software Engineering, Cloud, DevOps, etc.).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Sourcing Mastery: Advanced skills in headhunting and utilizing recruitment tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search techniques.
- Analytical Mindset: Ability to screen for complex technical skill sets and translate technical jargon into business value.
- Soft Skills: Relationship-focused with exceptional communication skills and a high degree of emotional intelligence.
