🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Curriculum Delivery: Plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with American Common Core or relevant standards.
• Classroom Management: Maintain a positive, productive, and safe learning environment that encourages student participation.
• Assessment & Reporting: Regularly evaluate student progress through formative and summative assessments and provide detailed feedback to parents.
• Instructional Planning: Develop differentiated lesson plans that cater to diverse learning needs within the classroom.
• Collaboration: Work closely with grade-level teams and department heads to ensure curriculum continuity and school-wide improvements.
• Professionalism: Adhere to KHDA regulations and school policies regarding student safeguarding and academic integrity.

🔹 Requirements:

• Education: Relevant Bachelor’s Degree in Education or the specific subject area (Early Childhood degree is mandatory for the KG role).
• Experience: Proven teaching experience within the UAE; Dubai-based experience is highly preferred.
• Curriculum Knowledge: Hands-on experience working with the American Curriculum.
• Availability: Candidates must be available for an immediate start (urgent requirement).
• Soft Skills: Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal abilities to engage effectively with students, staff, and parents.
