🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Outbound Prospecting: Conduct a high volume of outbound sales calls daily to engage with potential customers and generate interest.
- Relationship Building: Quickly establish rapport and trust with prospects through professional and engaging Hindi-language communication.
- Needs Analysis: Actively listen to customer requirements and recommend appropriate products or services that solve their needs.
- Deal Closing: Utilize structured sales techniques to overcome objections and turn conversations into successful sales conversions.
- Persistence & Follow-up: Maintain a rigorous follow-up schedule to ensure leads are nurtured and conversion rates are maximized.
- Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed daily and monthly sales targets to drive company growth and personal commission.
🔹 Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 2 to 4 years of proven experience in telesales or telemarketing roles.
- Language Skills: Proficiency in Hindi is mandatory for this role to effectively communicate with the target customer base.
- Communication: Natural ability to persuade, exceptional listening skills, and a confident telephonic presence.
- Resilience: An energetic and positive mindset with the ability to handle rejection and stay focused on targets.
- Availability: Must be currently based in the UAE and available to join the team immediately.
- Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree holder is preferred.
