Job Description / Role
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Billing & Invoicing: Assist with the end-to-end invoicing process, ensuring accurate billing for fencing projects and diligent payment follow-ups.
- Petty Cash Management: Oversee daily petty cash transactions, maintaining precise records and supporting documentation.
- Financial Documentation: Support general accounting workflows by maintaining well-organized financial files and audit trails.
- Data Management: Utilize MS Excel for high-accuracy data entry, financial reporting, and complex reconciliation tasks.
- Software Utilization: Work within specialized accounting software to ensure consistent and proper financial tracking of company expenses.
- Internal Coordination: Collaborate with project and operations teams to ensure financial data reflects real-time site activities.
🔹 Requirements:
- Education: Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce.
- Functional Skills: Practical experience handling invoicing, collections, and petty cash management.
- Technical Proficiency: Good working knowledge of MS Excel and familiarity with modern accounting software.
- Attributes: Trustworthy, highly organized, and detail-focused with an ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Work Style: Capable of working independently while maintaining a collaborative spirit within a team environment.
