🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational Oversight: Lead and support daily operations within the healthcare facility to ensure seamless service delivery and high-quality patient care.
  • Strategic Reporting: Analyze operational metrics and data to prepare executive-level PowerPoint presentations for senior leadership decision support.
  • Compliance Management: Ensure the facility meets all healthcare regulations, safety standards, and UAE-specific licensing requirements.
  • Leadership: Supervise multi-disciplinary teams, providing direction on staffing, performance evaluations, and conflict resolution.
  • Process Improvement: Identify bottlenecks in patient flow or facility workflows and implement data-driven optimization strategies.
  • Financial Stewardship: Monitor operational budgets and resource allocation to maintain facility efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

🔹 Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or a closely related field.
  • Experience: Proven background in healthcare operations management; specific experience in Long-Term Care (LTC) environments is highly preferred.
  • Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in MS Office, specifically Advanced PowerPoint for strategic reporting and Excel for data analysis.
  • Competencies: Exceptional decision-making skills, strong leadership presence, and the ability to manage complex people-centric operations.
  • Knowledge: In-depth understanding of UAE healthcare regulations, Joint Commission International (JCI) standards, or local DOH requirements.
