🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Outbound Outreach: Conduct professional cold calls to prospective clients to promote business setup and licensing solutions.
  • Lead Conversion: Manage and qualify incoming and outgoing inquiries, transforming leads into confirmed sales.
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain a healthy and organized sales pipeline through consistent and strategic client follow-ups.
  • Service Advisory: Confidently explain UAE business setup procedures, jurisdictional benefits (Freezone/Mainland), and corporate service offerings.
  • Target Achievement: Work proactively to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales revenue targets.
  • Documentation: Log all calls and customer interactions accurately within the company’s CRM system.
  • Onboarding Support: Coordinate with internal legal and administrative teams to ensure smooth service delivery for newly signed clients.

🔹 Requirements:

  • Experience: Proven experience as a Telesales Executive; prior UAE experience in Business Setup or Professional Services is highly preferred.
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills in English.
  • Technical Proficiency: Basic familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Mindset: A results-driven, target-focused attitude with the resilience required for outbound sales.
  • Visa Status: Preference will be given to candidates holding their own visa (e.g., Husband/Father/Freelance sponsorship).
  • Availability: Immediate joiners will be given priority.
