Shipping Operation Executive – Dubai, UAE | Advanced Cargo & Shipping LLC

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Carrier Coordination: Manage end-to-end communication with shipping lines for bookings, load lists, and the issuance of Bills of Lading (BL).
• Documentation Mastery: Handle the preparation and processing of Delivery Orders and ensuring all shipping records meet regulatory standards.
• Customer Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring smooth delivery schedules and arranging local transportation as needed.
• Financial Accuracy: Prepare and raise accurate customer invoices; follow up on Statements of Account (SOA) to ensure timely payment collections.
• Record Maintenance: Update and maintain precise operational logs and shipping data in line with company SOPs.
• Stakeholder Alignment: Coordinate with internal departments to bridge the gap between sales, operations, and finance.

🔹 Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related discipline.
• Experience: Prior experience in shipping or logistics operations is highly preferred.
• Technical Skills: Strong command of advanced Excel functions (e.g., Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs) for data management and reporting.
• Communication: Ability to communicate clearly with diverse stakeholders, including shipping lines, truckers, and corporate clients.
• Attributes: Proactive, detail-focused, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
