🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Multimedia Production: Shoot and edit professional-grade photos and videos for social media and the official e-commerce website using both mobile and DSLR equipment.
  • Viral Content Creation: Develop trend-focused short-form video content (Reels, TikToks) that captures the unique appeal of Korean and Japanese skincare.
  • Graphic Design: Design high-impact digital assets including website banners, posters, carousel slides, and Reel covers using Canva and Photoshop.
  • Product Photography: Manage studio lighting and composition for high-clarity product listings and commercial marketing campaigns.
  • Strategy & Planning: Organize and execute a rigorous monthly content calendar, ensuring optimal posting times for maximum algorithm reach.
  • Audience Growth: Develop creative concepts to boost brand awareness, encourage community interaction, and increase follower engagement.

🔹 Requirements:

  • Industry Expertise: Mandatory deep knowledge of skincare and beauty products; passion for the K-Beauty/J-Beauty niche is a plus.
  • Technical Toolkit: Proficiency in Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Adobe Photoshop, and Canva.
  • Algorithm Fluency: In-depth understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube algorithms, hashtags, and engagement tactics.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of hands-on content creation experience within the UAE market.
  • Portfolio: Submission of a professional portfolio is mandatory for consideration.
  • Availability: Must be on a Visit or Employment visa and available for immediate joining.
