Accounts Assistant (ERP Knowledge Mandatory) – Dubai, UAE

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• ERP Transaction Processing: Accurately record and process all daily financial and accounting transactions using Tally ERP.
• Ledger Management: Update and maintain Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) ledgers, ensuring all payments and receipts are tracked.
• Procurement Records: Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date documentation for all purchase-related activities and vendor interactions.
• Administrative Oversight: Handle essential office duties including filing, professional email correspondence, and generating financial reports.
• Audit Support: Assist senior accountants in preparing for financial audits by organizing necessary documentation and backup files.
• Expense Management: Initial processing and verification of staff expense requests for final approval by the management.

🔹 Requirements:

• Technical Skills: Mandatory hands-on experience and proficiency in Tally ERP software.
• Experience: 2 to 4 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably within a contracting or construction environment.
• Visa Status: Must hold a valid Own Visa or Spouse Visa to be eligible for immediate hiring.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills for professional reporting and client interaction.
• Attributes: High level of accuracy, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple administrative tasks simultaneously.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Commerce, Finance, or a related field.
