Payroll Officer – Dubai, UAE | Euro Gulf Techno Services LLC

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-End Processing: Manage the monthly payroll cycle with 100% accuracy, ensuring all deadlines for salary disbursement are met.
• Complex Calculations: Calculate base salaries, overtime hours, allowances, and statutory deductions in line with contract terms.
• WPS Management: Execute monthly salary transfers through the Wage Protection System (WPS), ensuring full compliance with MOHRE regulations.
• HR & Attendance Sync: Verify biometric and timesheet data, aligning leave records and disciplinary adjustments with final payroll payouts.
• Inquiry Resolution: Serve as the primary point of contact for employees regarding salary queries, leave balances, and deduction clarifications.
• Reporting: Prepare detailed payroll reports for the HR and Finance departments to facilitate audits and budget forecasting.

🔹 Requirements:

• Experience: 2 to 3 years of specialized payroll experience in either India or the UAE.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Accounting or Commerce.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of MS Office (Advanced Excel) and experience with HRIS or ERP systems.
• Regulatory Knowledge: Solid understanding of UAE Labor Law and local payroll compliance requirements.
• Availability: Immediate joiners are highly preferred (candidates in home countries available for immediate relocation are welcome).
• Soft Skills: High level of confidentiality, excellent organizational skills, and clear communication abilities.
