🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • PSI & Inventory Management: Manage the Purchase, Sales, and Inventory (PSI) cycle for the Home Appliances category to ensure optimal stock turnover and availability across all digital platforms.
  • Listing & Content Integrity: Oversee the complete product lineup on partner sites (Amazon, Noon, etc.), ensuring high-quality images, accurate technical specs, and SEO-optimized content.
  • Pricing Governance: Conduct daily price monitoring and execute immediate corrective actions in coordination with channel partners to maintain brand value and competitiveness.
  • Marketing & Promotions: Plan and execute a robust e-commerce marketing calendar, managing promotional activities and high-traffic event participations (e.g., White Friday, Prime Day).
  • Market Intel & Competitor Tracking: Monitor competitor price points and market activities, providing data-driven insights to help Hisense stay ahead in the digital marketplace.
  • Customer Sentiment Analysis: Track customer reviews and feedback for new product launches, identifying areas for improvement or highlighting success stories for marketing collateral.

🔹 Requirements:

  • Regional Experience: Minimum 2 years of hands-on e-commerce experience with a solid understanding of the GCC marketplace and local platforms.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in e-commerce backend management and analytics; familiarity with digital shelf management tools is a plus.
  • Relationship Management: Established relationships with key e-commerce channel partners and account managers in the region is a strong advantage.
  • Language Skills: Mandatory fluency in English; Arabic language skills are considered an added benefit.
  • Analytical Mindset: Detail-oriented with the ability to manage pricing data and inventory reports with high precision.
  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree, Diploma, or relevant professional certification in Digital Marketing, Business, or E-Commerce.
