Junior Accountant & Senior Accountant – Abu Dhabi, UAE

Open Positions:

• Junior Accountant: Ideal for candidates with 1–3 years of hands-on experience in daily ledger maintenance, bank reconciliations, and supporting month-end closings.
• Senior Accountant: Designed for veterans with 8+ years of experience, focused on high-level financial reporting, IFRS compliance, and managing complex tax filings.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using modern accounting software.
• Tax Compliance: Ensure all transactions are recorded in strict accordance with UAE VAT regulations and assist in the timely filing of returns.
• Regulatory Alignment: (Senior Role) Oversee the application of IFRS standards to all organizational financial statements and disclosures.
• Audit & Review: Conduct regular internal reviews to ensure data accuracy, resolving any discrepancies in account reconciliations.
• Inter-departmental Coordination: Use Arabic and English fluency to facilitate clear communication between finance and other business units.

🔹 Requirements:

• Language Skills: Mandatory fluency in Arabic (written and verbal).
• Education: Degree in Accounting or Finance is essential.
• Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of VAT regulations and proficiency in professional accounting software.
• Senior Role Specifics: Deep expertise in IFRS and UAE-specific accounting regulations is required.
• Experience: 1–3 years for Junior level; 8+ years for Senior level (UAE market experience preferred).
