Open Positions:

• Bartenders: Craft and serve premium beverages while maintaining an energetic and engaging atmosphere at the bar.
• Guest Service Associates (GSA): Act as the first point of contact, managing bay bookings, guest check-ins, and venue navigation.
• Waiters: Provide seamless food and beverage service to guests in their bays, ensuring speed, accuracy, and personalized attention.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Guest Experience: Deliver “Best-in-Class” customer service to ensure every guest has a memorable and fun experience.
• Operational Standards: Maintain impeccable standards of personal presentation, hygiene, and venue cleanliness.
• Team Collaboration: Work fluidly with kitchen, bar, and bay teams to ensure smooth transitions and rapid service delivery.
• Brand Representation: Represent the Topgolf brand with high energy, confidence, and a positive “can-do” attitude.
• Sales & Upselling: Knowledgeably explain the Topgolf concept, menu items, and membership options to maximize guest engagement.

🔹 Requirements:

• Current Location: Candidates must currently be based in the UAE for immediate consideration.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in a similar high-volume hospitality, F&B, or entertainment role.
• Soft Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to engage with a diverse, international clientele.
• Flexibility: Willingness and ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, late nights, weekends, and public holidays.
• Mindset: A genuine passion for hospitality and a drive to exceed guest expectations in a fast-paced environment.
