Job Description / Role
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Direct B2C Sales: Actively engage with walk-in mall customers to drive sales for the TESLA product range, including power solutions and audio gadgets.
- Product Demonstration: Clearly explain the technical features, benefits, and competitive advantages of TESLA batteries, power banks, and earbuds.
- Target Achievement: Maintain a high level of motivation to consistently meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Visual Merchandising: Ensure the kiosk is meticulously organized, clean, and visually compelling to attract foot traffic.
- Brand Ambassadorship: Represent ALFA Company and the TESLA brand with professionalism, delivering exceptional customer service.
- Market Feedback: Monitor customer preferences and common inquiries to provide valuable feedback to the management team.
🔹 Requirements:
- Sales Experience: Prior experience in Business-to-Consumer (B2C) sales is highly preferred.
- Category Knowledge: Experience selling electronics, mobile accessories, or gadgets will be considered a significant advantage.
- Communication Skills: Strong persuasion, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with a “customer-first” attitude.
- Appearance: Presentable, energetic, and professional demeanor suitable for a high-end mall environment.
- Availability: Ability to work flexible rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays, in accordance with mall operating hours.
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree, Diploma, or relevant professional certificate.
