🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Lesson Delivery: Plan and execute engaging, student-centered lessons that cater to diverse learning styles and abilities.
- Assessment & Feedback: Regularly assess student performance through formative and summative evaluations, providing constructive feedback for growth.
- Classroom Management: Maintain a positive, disciplined, and inclusive learning environment that encourages student participation.
- Curriculum Alignment: Ensure all teaching materials and methodologies are aligned with the school’s academic standards and regional requirements.
- Collaboration: Work closely with department colleagues to share best practices and support school-wide initiatives.
- Professional Development: Actively participate in faculty meetings, workshops, and school activities to contribute to the school’s holistic development.
🔹 Requirements:
- Education: A Bachelor’s degree in the relevant subject area is mandatory.
- Qualification: A Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) is strictly required for KHDA/MOE approval.
- Experience: Proven teaching experience within the UAE is a mandatory prerequisite.
- Communication: Exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Pedagogy: Strong understanding of modern teaching methodologies, technology integration in the classroom, and assessment strategies.
- Soft Skills: High energy, passion for education, and the ability to inspire students in a multicultural environment.
