🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Full-Spectrum HR: Oversee the end-to-end HR lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee offboarding.
  • Operational Admin: Supervise daily administrative activities to ensure smooth office workflows and efficient resource allocation.
  • Policy Compliance: Implement and maintain HR policies and procedures in strict accordance with the latest UAE Labor Laws.
  • Records Management: Maintain high-fidelity employee databases and administrative documentation to ensure audit readiness.
  • Employee Relations: Act as the primary point of contact for staff inquiries, fostering a positive work culture and resolving grievances professionally.
  • Vendor Coordination: Manage relationships with external service providers, ensuring the timely delivery of office supplies and facility maintenance.

🔹 Requirements:

  • Experience: At least 5 years of proven experience in HR and Administrative roles within the UAE market.
  • Education: Diploma, Degree, or Certificate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Knowledge Base: Strong, practical understanding of UAE labor regulations, visa processing, and administrative best practices.
  • Communication: Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills; Arabic language proficiency is considered a significant advantage.
  • Technical Proficiency: Skilled in MS Office applications and modern HRIS (HR Information Systems).
  • Attributes: A proactive problem-solver with a detail-oriented approach and the ability to manage diverse responsibilities effectively.
