🔹 Open Vacancies & Specific Requirements:

  • Inventory Controller: Bachelor’s Degree + 3–6 years in Pharma Inventory. Expertise in stock tracking and audit support.
  • Regulatory Affairs Executive: B.Pharmacy/D.Pharmacy + 2 years UAE experience. Expertise in CTD dossiers, MOH UAE regulations, and Pharmacovigilance.
  • Analyst: Chemistry Degree + 7–10 years in Pharma manufacturing. Expertise in analytical testing and quality documentation.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Inventory Control: Coordinate inward/outward stock movements and maintain real-time inventory accuracy to prevent supply chain disruptions.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Prepare and submit dossiers to the Ministry of Health (MOH) and liaise with authorities for product approvals.
  • Analytical Testing: (Analyst) Perform sophisticated chemical analysis and quality checks on raw materials and finished products.
  • Documentation: Maintain rigorous batch records, stability reports, and compliance logs in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
  • Audit Readiness: Support internal and external quality audits by providing accurate data and technical documentation.

🔹 Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree, B.Pharmacy, D.Pharmacy, or Chemistry degree depending on the applied role.
  • Experience: Relevant hands-on experience in the pharmaceutical sector is mandatory.
  • Knowledge: Strong understanding of UAE market regulations, pharmacovigilance, and analytical chemistry.
  • Attributes: High attention to detail, analytical mindset, and the ability to thrive in a regulated environment.
