Job Description / Role
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Panel Assembly: Perform industrial control panel building, including mechanical assembly and component mounting according to layout drawings.
- Precision Wiring: Execute point-to-point wiring for electrical control panels and automation systems based on approved engineering schematics.
- Technical Interpretation: Accurately read and interpret electrical circuit diagrams, wire schedules, and technical documentation.
- Testing & Troubleshooting: Conduct functional testing and continuity checks of completed panels to ensure proper operation before site deployment.
- Safety Compliance: Ensure all installations strictly adhere to electrical safety standards, local regulations, and project-specific requirements.
- Site Support: Assist with onsite installation, modifications, and system upgrades as coordinated by the engineering management team.
🔹 Requirements:
- Experience: 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in industrial panel building and switchgear wiring.
- Education: Diploma or ITI in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in using electrical hand tools, crimping tools, and testing equipment (Multimeters, Meggers).
- Schematic Literacy: Exceptional ability to read and follow complex electrical schematics and wiring schedules.
- Standards: Solid knowledge of industrial electrical safety protocols and high-quality workmanship standards.
- Collaboration: Ability to work effectively under the supervision of project engineers to meet tight production timelines.
