🔹 Available Positions:

• Supervisor (1x): Oversee daily floor operations, lead the service team, and ensure strict adherence to quality and safety standards.
• Hostess (2x): Manage guest reservations, provide a warm welcome, and optimize table seating flow in a high-traffic environment.
• Waiters (4x): Deliver exceptional table service, demonstrate deep menu knowledge, and ensure a seamless dining experience for international guests.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Service: Provide professional, clear, and proactive communication to guests to ensure maximum satisfaction.
• Operational Efficiency: Perform tasks with speed and accuracy during peak hours at the Yas Bay location.
• Team Collaboration: Maintain a positive and cooperative attitude to support a seamless Front of House (FOH) workflow.
• Leadership (Supervisor): Manage staff performance, resolve guest complaints effectively, and handle opening/closing procedures.

🔹 Requirements:

• Experience: Proven restaurant experience within the UAE is strictly mandatory.
• Availability: Candidates must be available for immediate joining and currently residing in the UAE.
• Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work under high pressure, and a presentable professional appearance.
• Language: Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus for the tourist demographic.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred.
