Job Description / Role
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Staff Supervision: Evaluate customer service staff activities and provide constructive, performance-based feedback to elevate service standards.
- Operations Management: Plan and monitor daily service functions, including managing coverage and customer flow to maintain professional efficiency.
- Complaint Resolution: Investigate customer concerns and implement effective resolutions to ensure long-term brand loyalty.
- Transaction Oversight: Review and validate complex product returns, exchanges, and void transactions with high attention to detail.
- Training & Policy: Train team members on company policies and assist in the development of new customer service protocols.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate documentation and records related to daily service activities and performance metrics.
🔹 Requirements:
- Experience: Proven experience as a Customer Service Supervisor or in a senior customer support role is mandatory.
- Technical Knowledge: Good understanding of CRM systems and customer management tools; knowledge of logistics is a plus.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to manage teams and multitask in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Attributes: High level of patience, professionalism, and problem-solving skills, especially when handling challenging situations.
- Environment: Willingness to work in an alcohol-related business environment.
- Location: Ability to commute or relocate to Abu Dhabi.
- Education: High school diploma; additional certifications in Customer Service Management are highly valued.
