🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Inquiry Management: Handle hotel reservation inquiries via phone, email, and digital channels with absolute professionalism and accuracy.
• Booking Lifecycle: Execute booking requests, modifications, and confirmations promptly, ensuring guests receive timely and clear updates.
• Product Expertise: Provide detailed and persuasive information regarding room categories, seasonal rates, and premium hotel services.
• System Integrity: Maintain precise reservation records and update the Property Management System (PMS) in accordance with brand standards.
• Inter-departmental Link: Coordinate closely with the Front Office and Sales teams to ensure smooth guest arrivals and special request fulfillment.
• Service Excellence: Uphold Millennium’s global service standards, ensuring every interaction reflects the hotel’s luxury brand identity.

🔹 Requirements:

• Language: Arabic-speaking candidates are highly preferred to cater to our diverse regional clientele.
• Experience: Prior experience in hotel reservations or high-end customer service is considered a significant advantage.
• Communication: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a persuasive, guest-first mindset.
• Technical Skills: Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple requests and navigate hotel booking systems efficiently.

• Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field is preferred.
