Job Description / Role
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Daily Bookkeeping: Execute day-to-day accounting tasks, ensuring all financial transactions are recorded with 100% accuracy.
- Invoicing & Payables: Manage vendor bills and outgoing invoices, maintaining a rigorous system for expense tracking.
- Payroll & Petty Cash: Assist in payroll coordination, manage staff payments, and maintain the petty cash ledger.
- Reporting Support: Assist the senior finance team in preparing monthly financial reports and basic planning sheets.
- Document Control: Ensure all accounting records, vouchers, and receipts are properly filed and audit-ready.
- Cost Management: Support initiatives focused on cost control and expense optimization within the transport fleet operations.
🔹 Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline is mandatory.
- Experience: 0 to 2 years of experience; Fresh Graduates with a strong grasp of fundamentals are highly encouraged to apply.
- Software Skills: Familiarity with MS Excel and a basic understanding of modern accounting software packages.
- Core Competencies: Strong attention to detail, organizational discipline, and a proactive approach to multitasking.
