Job Description:

The Receptionist cum Cashier will manage patient interactions and oversee front desk operations. This role is essential for supporting clinical departments like Physiotherapy, Radiology, and Laboratory, ensuring accurate billing and professional administrative support within a Healthcare environment.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Manage patient check-ins, registrations, and scheduling professionally.
• Handle cashiering duties, including processing payments and issuing accurate receipts.
• Utilize the TrakCare application for efficient patient data management and billing.
• Coordinate between clinical departments to ensure smooth patient flow.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and address patient queries effectively.
• Support administrative tasks using Microsoft Word and Excel.

🔹 Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of front desk experience specifically in Physiotherapy, Radiology, or Laboratory departments.
• Proven expertise and hands-on experience using the TrakCare system.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; bilingual proficiency is an advantage.
• Strong working knowledge of MS Office (Word and Excel).
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-standard medical environment.
