Job Description:

We are hiring a detail-oriented Client Advisor to serve as the primary point of contact for our plastic surgery patients. This role requires a professional with a strong medical foundation who can navigate the complexities of surgical patient care, providing expert guidance and ensuring a superior standard of service throughout the entire treatment cycle.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage the complete patient journey from initial consultation through post-operative care.
• Collaborate closely with well-reputed plastic surgeons to facilitate treatment plans.
• Provide expert client service, answering technical questions regarding cosmetic procedures and recovery.
• Act as a liaison between the medical team and the patient to ensure clear communication and guidance.
• Maintain accurate medical records and support daily operational workflows within the department.
• Ensure all patient interactions uphold the clinic’s standards for privacy and excellence.

🔹 Requirements:

• Proven professional experience with a solid medical or clinical background.
• Bachelor’s Degree, Diploma, or Certificate in Healthcare, Nursing, or a related field.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to handle sensitive patient inquiries professionally.
• Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple patient schedules and documentation.
• Prior experience in a cosmetic, aesthetic, or surgical Human Resources or clinical setting is highly preferred.
• Fluency in English; additional languages relevant to the Dubai market are an advantage.
